Who Can Apply?
Our Wholesale Program is intended for legitimate businesses interested in reselling authentic NopalCaps products. We welcome applications from:

- Beauty and wellness boutiques
- Pharmacies and specialty retailers
- Gyms and fitness studios
- Spas and wellness centers
- Hispanic and Latino specialty markets
- Independent retailers
- Ecommerce businesses
- Qualified health and wellness professionals
- Other approved retail businesses
Approval is not automatic. NopalCaps reserves the right to approve or decline wholesale applications at its sole discretion.
Wholesale Requirements
Wholesale customers may be required to provide:
- Legal business name
- Business address
- Contact information
- Website and/or social media information
- Federal EIN or applicable tax identification information
- Valid resale certificate, seller’s permit, or other documentation when required
- Information regarding where and how NopalCaps products will be sold
Additional documentation may be requested before an account is approved.
Minimum Orders
Wholesale orders may be subject to a $250 U.S.D. minimum opening order and/or minimum reorder quantity.
Current wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities, available products, shipping charges, and other purchasing requirements will be provided to approved wholesale partners.
Wholesale prices and requirements are subject to change without notice.
Authentic Products Only
Approved wholesale partners must purchase NopalCaps products directly from NopalCaps or through an authorized distribution channel approved by NopalCaps.
Wholesale partners may not:
- Alter or remove product labels
- Repackage NopalCaps products without written authorization
- Modify expiration dates, lot numbers, safety seals, Supplement Facts, warnings, or other labeling
- Sell products that have been opened, altered, damaged, expired, or improperly stored
- Represent themselves as NopalCaps or as an employee, agent, franchise, or legal representative of NopalCaps
- Make unauthorized medical, disease, or therapeutic claims concerning NopalCaps products
Products must be stored and handled according to the instructions provided on their packaging.
Advertising & Product Claims
Wholesale partners must market NopalCaps products responsibly.
Retailers may use product descriptions, photographs, approved statements, and marketing materials supplied or authorized by NopalCaps.
Wholesale partners may not claim that NopalCaps products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Retailers are responsible for ensuring that their advertising, social media content, testimonials, product descriptions, and promotional activities comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Online Marketplace Policy
Approval as a NopalCaps wholesale customer does not automatically authorize resale on third-party marketplaces.
Products may not be listed on Amazon, FB & IG, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, TikTok Shop, or other third-party marketplaces without prior written authorization from NopalCaps.
NopalCaps reserves the right to restrict certain sales channels in order to protect our brand, customers, authorized retailers, and product integrity.
Pricing & Brand Protection
Wholesale partners are expected to protect the value and reputation of the NopalCaps brand.
NopalCaps may establish suggested retail pricing or a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy for selected products. If a MAP Policy applies, wholesale partners will receive the applicable terms separately.
Unauthorized discounting, misleading promotions, counterfeit listings, unauthorized bundling, or marketing that damages the NopalCaps brand may result in suspension or termination of wholesale privileges.
Shipping
Wholesale orders are processed according to product availability.
Shipping charges, delivery timelines, insurance requirements, and applicable taxes will be calculated or communicated at the time of ordering.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Wholesale customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and inspecting shipments promptly after delivery.
Any shortage, shipping error, or visibly damaged shipment should be reported to NopalCaps as soon as possible after receipt.
Returns
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, NopalCaps (Capsules) wholesale purchases are final sale except in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Products shipped incorrectly by NopalCaps
- Other circumstances specifically approved by NopalCaps
Products damaged because of improper storage, handling, transportation after delivery, unauthorized resale practices, or misuse are not eligible for credit or replacement.
