At NopalCapas, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on opened packaging.<\/p>

Refunds are issued only under special circumstances and must meet the following conditions:<\/p>

  • The product must be unused<\/li>
  • The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging<\/li>
  • The product must be in the same condition as when received<\/li>
  • Products damaged due to misuse<\/li>
  • Products not purchased directly from Nopalcas.com<\/li>
  • The original invoice provided by NopalCapas must be included with the return<\/li><\/ul>

    Once our customer support team has reviewed and approved the return, a refund will be issued to the original cardholder.<\/p>

    Please note:<\/strong><\/p>

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable<\/li>
    • Credit card processing costs are non-refundable<\/li>
    • There’s a 10% Re-stocking fee<\/li>
    • Product fees are refundable only under the special circumstances outlined above<\/li><\/ul>

      En NopalCapas, la satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente es importante para nosotros. Sin embargo, debido a la naturaleza de nuestros productos, no ofrecemos reembolsos en paques abiertos.<\/p>

        Una vez que nuestro equipo de atenci\u00f3n al cliente haya revisado y aprobado la solicitud, el reembolso se emitir\u00e1 al titular de la tarjeta utilizada para la compra.<\/p>
