- Repackage NopalCaps products without written authorization<\/li>\n
- Modify expiration dates, lot numbers, safety seals, Supplement Facts, warnings, or other labeling<\/li>\n
- Sell products that have been opened, altered, damaged, expired, or improperly stored<\/li>\n
- Represent themselves as NopalCaps or as an employee, agent, franchise, or legal representative of NopalCaps<\/li>\n
- Make unauthorized medical, disease, or therapeutic claims concerning NopalCaps products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Retailers may use product descriptions, photographs, approved statements, and marketing materials supplied or authorized by NopalCaps.<\/p>\n
Wholesale partners may not claim that NopalCaps products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.<\/p>\n
